This is my ’84 C4. I wanted to show it off a bit, but I’m also hoping some of the C4 experts here might be able to point me in the right direction with an HVAC issue.

On the lower fan settings, the blower seems to work okay (maybe not quite as strong as it should), but when I turn it up to high, it barely blows at all, if any. The AC also isn’t cooling well, which makes summer cruising pretty rough.

I was told the HVAC control module could be part of the problem, but I’m wondering if I should also be looking at the blower motor itself, or possibly something else entirely.

Has anyone dealt with this on an early C4? Any advice on where to start would be greatly appreciated.
