I made a nondairy mix using Silk Dairy-Free Heavy Whipping Cream and Oatly full-fat milk (for the record, these are game changers and taste like the real thing). I need to freeze it for an indeterminate period of time. Anyone have experience freezing this kind of mix? How long can it realistically stay frozen without seriously degrading?

I have always used fudge-covered Oreos for cookies & cream as they do not get soggy in the ice cream, but apparently Oreo is no longer making them!!! UGGH! I am beside myself. I understand regular Oreos get soggy, and Hydrox stay crisper, but they are no longer available either :(. What do you use? Does it stay fairly firm in the ice cream? Any suggestions for a new cookies & cream mix-in would be greatly appreciated.
