Hello again amazing Reddit paralegals,

Popping back in to ask if the community is aware of any specific pre-lit / litigation training resources.

I have been a legal assistant for just over a year, have been promoted, and still genuinely have no idea what I am doing. There is not really any possible training I can get from within my firm, and because my job is very much full time, I am not currently able to take on a degree program. I feel that there are simple things I should know that I cannot do; mistakes I am making simply because I do not know they are required.

Does anyone have any resources (outside of a University program) that has helped with terms, protocol, drafting?
