I was quoted $20000 to place 4 piers to stabilize my fireplace chimney that has moved an inch or 2 from the house. There is bowing( very slight) on that same wall and slight cracking around windows. Structural engineer said he couldn't really find a reason for it. Please give me your thoughts. I rebuilt the chimney 15 years ago
