In house pad printing, worth it?

Let’s say someone makes 50 custom logoed dials a month, which is more worthwhile and/or economical: buying a pad printer and all the equipment for it and doing it in house(include starting with no knowladge at all) OR struggling with pad printing a specific dial in china or from the supplier, they know how to and they do a good job, and the cost is lower, but they have to have the specific dial that im sourcing at hand to print on it.

Improve workshop

Just wanted to receive some suggestions on how can i improve my workshop to be a high end horological work station? I already have hand setting pro tool, waterproof tester, actual pro lamp, and a bunch of big improvements ordered and on the way, i make custom watches for organisations, in batches(20-60 pcs), what system could be applied to this bench? What improvements could be made, anything, if you got any, spill it 👇
