I used to have it made in corporate did well, got laid off went through major life changes at the same time. I have had 2 jobs since and I cannot escape the insecure boss who wants to be on a power trip. I cannot function under that leadership but that’s how it appears to be. I am done interviewing being a show pony just to land a 9-5 that I am miserable in. I was thinking contract work or temp work so I could feel out the environment first, or a new career altogether.
I wish I did something like nursing where one person doesn’t hold the keys to my livelihood and I actually feel like I’m making a difference towards a cause that matters. No idea what to do next with my life, has anyone been here or have any suggestions?
