I’m a fact witness in a case against my company
My boss was named personally as a defendant, so was my company. They are accusing me of disparagement in the case filing but I’m only named as a fact witness. This was filed a year ago and depositions are now moving forward. If I were going to be named as a defendant in the case would it have happened already?
