Hard mode was easy guys. I only had to give up my sanity, mental wellbeing, happiness, days of free time, +70 deaths most of which were in Greased Palms and Relapse, and a few genocides here and there.
I don't have the DLCs to try them and too bad there ain't an option to upgrade to the deluxe edition, only individual DLCs.
Yes, it took me 2 weeks to get the brain power to post this. Guess I am really too old and too employed for this.
PS: I now believe that the 0 accuracy means 0 mistakes made, don't even try to change my mind.
