You cannot die. You are immune to disease and can heal from any injury. Your body is that of your 25 year old self and it will remain that way forever. You can be injured, but you will heal from any injury with time, no matter how severe.

Your choice is this: do you spend that eternity alone or do you gift/condemn your spouse/significant other to this eternity with you? Their situation is identical to yours in that they cannot get sick and will not age, but they can experience injury and will always fully heal. They do not get a vote and you cannot ask their opinion beforehand. Once you make the choice, you cannot change it later.
