Does anyone else have a Goldendoodle with a coat like this?

My Rescued Goldendoodle has always had a pretty short/flat coat because he’s unfurnished genetically. He’s currently almost 2 years old, but recently I’ve noticed his hair starting to grow a lot more, especially around the ears, chest, and head. His coat also seems to be getting curlier over time.
The interesting part is that some areas of his body are still flatter/smoother while other parts are becoming really fluffy and wavy/curly. I’m curious if anyone else has had an unfurnished doodle whose coat changed like this as they matured.
