Let me get this straight:

You want an experienced individual with 1-2 years experience already as an MA who also has completed a NHA accredited CCMA program that averages anywhere between $900-$3,000 to work full time as a dirty-work, catch-all employee and you also want to pay them $16-$19 an hour with no room for career growth opportunities.

I can’t think of a word to describe how ridiculous and quite frankly, pathetic even requesting something like that is let alone expecting it.

If someone knows something I don’t, I beg you to enlighten me as this is 99.8% of the requests I see.
