If you are constipated
Hi y’all 28f I just finished my first bottle of qelbree 200mg so I am officially 31 days in woohoo. I had to get a colonoscopy recently and while I was talking to the urologist they recommended I take MiraLAX daily and or colac if I needed it (stool softener) because I told her that the adhd medication I was on a side effect was constipation and it usually takes me a few days to week to poop
MiraLAX works by pulling water into your intestines and softening your stool to make it easier to pass and let me just say it fucking works it took 4 days of constantly taking it and drinking 32oz of water a day I know I should probably be at 64oz but I’m working on it
I may have to go down to half a capful if it causes diarrhea or skip a day but I’ll figure that out as I go
