GG Sonar Chat Mix issues. Again!
So I am hoping someone here might be able to help me out. When I first replaced my Arctis 7 headphones with the Nova 7 (Gen 1) head phones, I had a heck of a time getting the chat mix to work. Went back and forth with Support, sending screen caps, etc. - not success. One day an update arrived and lo and behold, I could make Chat Mix work with the SW.
I believe a recent Sonar update has broken Chat Mix again. Same settings as before, but can not make the Chat Mix wheel do anything.

In GG Sonar, GAME has "Headset (Arctis Nova 7)" set as device; CHAT is set to "Headset (Arctis Nova 7)"; MIC is set to "Microphone (Arctis Nova 7)"; MEDIA is set to "Speakers (Realtek Audio)
Other Notes:
- I used to be able to alter the Chatmix using the slider in the app, but now it says I need to do it with the Hardware wheel - but that is now unresponsive
- Teams gets listed under CHAT and MIC in GG Sonar; my Game (whatever I am playing) gets listed under GAME
I can hear both the Game audio and my chat session, but I can not dial audio levels between them anymore. I never had this with my original Arctis 7 headset - it was set the audio device in Windows and the Chat app, and everything worked perfectly 100% of the time. Now that I need to use the app, it is a never ending headache
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
