Missing textures/errors with MOST workshop maps.

I have been trying to fix missing textures/errors in workshop maps for well over a month. This started occurring around 6 months ago, (before that I had zero problems) and I cannot find a fix. I have verified the integrity of my files, reinstalled Gmod, I have games mounted, and I have disabled all of my mods but workshop maps. Nothing seems to work and this is quite frustrating.
