Semaglutide is finally clicking for me

I was really hoping I’d feel something right away, but that wasn’t my experience. Took some time, but now it finally feels like things are working the way I expected.

The timing honestly couldn’t have been worse. Work has been intense, long shifts, physically demanding days, and just overall drained. My usual routine slipped a bit because of it.

Normally that would’ve sent me straight into old patterns, especially around food. But this time it’s been different.

Even with everything going on, I’ve noticed:

  • way less mental pull toward food
  • eating feels more intentional instead of reactive
  • going longer between meals without constantly thinking about it

It’s not that everything is perfect, it’s just… easier to stay in control, even on tough days.

Now that things are slowing down a bit, I’m looking forward to getting back into a better rhythm with movement, meals, and recovery.

Feels like this gave me just enough support to get through a rough stretch without falling back into old habits.

I’m a 24 year old male who has been lifting for 8 years. Have a decent physique ( I would say top 20% tier in commercial gyms), 173cm tall 83kgs and 17-18% bf. Life time natty.

I lift 4-5 times a week through the my 8 years of training. Recently my workload ( Got a new job while doing my Masters degree) has increased and got married so the pressure in life increased drastically. My physique has started to fall off, body fat gaining slowly, strength drops, getting shorter and shorter sleep time.

Should I try oral Sermorelin? Which theoretically should help me

Didn’t want hop on test since I’m only 24

Also not considering anything that has to be injected, I hate hate needles, that’s a big reason why I’m still natty
