I’ve just stopped breastfeeding my baby (15 month old) a couple days ago.

We gradually weaned him so when I stopped he was down to just one feed before his nighttime bath.

So my boobs aren’t engorged or anything but they feel a little full.

Should I have express a tiny bit at nights to release some of the milk gradually?

Or if I’m not uncomfortable can I just leave it in there? Where will it go? This is what I’m confused about!!

Also, this sub has been a great source of information and support to me while breastfeeding so I really thank all of you for being here too and helping me and everyone else!

I’m looking for other people’s experience.

I take my baby swimming once a week to private swimming lessons. Like WaterBabies but it’s a different company.

The last few months my now 15 month old has just not enjoyed them. And we’ve also missed several classes due to illness. So when we are there we spend the whole lesson with me just walking round the pool holding him. To be fair, last week he cried a lot less but wouldn’t do any of the lesson.

In the time period he has started nursery and I have went back to work. The school said it’s normal for them not to like swimming when something at home changes.

Has anyone else experienced this and it got better?

I want to set him up to be a good swimmer but at the same time it’s £15 a lesson and we’ve missed nearly half this term. When we are there he’s not enjoyed it.
