Return policy

I guess I’ve been living under a rock or I just don’t return things often, I went to exchange a haus labs foundation because it was the wrong shade, I hadn’t even opened it because I could tell by the box it was waay to dark for me. They told me I couldn’t exchange it because it was past 30 days! I was genuinely confused as I swear it was 60 days, and my item was still sealed. Before I went in to exchange I visited the store to get some samples to make sure I end up with the right shade and the girl didn’t tell me I needed to come back before 30 days 🥴 anyway, I told them I hadn’t actually received my item until the 14th so technically it’s within 30 days. When did all this change!? The customer service has gone way down, not impressed at all
