I swear I used to be able to go out, have an ungodly amount of drinks and be completely fine the next day, but now it feels like it wipes out my whole day even if I don’t go that hard. I’ve tried the usual stuff like drinking water, eating before, etc. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn’t. Is there actually anything that makes a noticeable difference for you, or is it basically just inevitable?
