I’m currently looking to lease a property in Udaipur for the purpose of running an Airbnb. Ideally, I’m interested in:

Villas, independent houses, or well-located apartments

2–5 BHK preferred (but open to options)

Good connectivity to tourist spots

Property should allow short-term rentals / Airbnb hosting

I’m a serious and long-term tenant, happy to discuss fair lease terms and maintain the property well.
