Issue: will not charge.
Volpam scooter, model unknown to me.
Charging port is disconnected... is the red part that looks burnt out a fuse? If it is a fuse, can someone link me a replacement?
Should I otherwise assume is a safe enough repair to simply sauter it back together?
Also, what is that bare/exposed wire just cut randomly in the back? grounding? Ideas for a fix?

I use a dumbphone on and off throughout the year. Typically for a few months at a time when I feel I need a good break from the internet. One issue that I'm looking to solve before switching to the dumbphone again, is that I have to tell everyone in my contacts to switch their text settings to SMS otherwise I will not receive their text.
My question; if I deregister my number from RCS, will people's texts automatically send as SMS texts? If I can work out this issue, I can foresee myself using the dumbphone for even longer than a few months at a time, its really just this issue that frustrates me incredibly.
