I have had 4 ivf cycles at 40-42

So far:

Cycle 1 (no omni): 15 mature, 4 day 5 3AA & 3day 6 5BB ( no PGT A test )

Cycle 2 (high dose omni): 10 mature eggs, all fertilised, 1 day 6 3AC embryo ( aneuploid monosomy 10 )

Cycle 3 (no omni) : 7 mature, 2 day 6 (6BB & 5BB)
Both aneuploid trisomy 21 & trisomy 3,12

Cycle 4 (low dose omni) : 10 mature, 2 degenerated during icsi, 1 day 6 4BA (waiting for PGT A result)

As you see it seems omni (regardless of the dosage) has negative impact on my blast rate.

Has anyone got fewer blast but better euploidy rate with omni?
