Hey everyone, hoping someone with experience can help here.

I'm an international student and I received an offer from SMU (through the self-application portal). The acceptance deadline is 25th May. I've went through past posts but still unsure because for some reasons I cannot log into my Joint Application Portal. Does anyone know why I can't log into my JAP? Not sure if it's because I haven't accepted yet or is it because I applied through the self-application portal.

Anyways, my questions are:

1. If I accept the SMU offer today and then receive an offer from another university after 25th May, am I still able to withdraw from SMU and accept the other offer?
2. What if the other offer comes before 25th May, can I still switch even after having already accepted SMU?
3. Is it strategically better to accept now to secure the spot, or wait until 24th May before accepting in case I hear back from the other university first?
