What do you do when you can't figure out what you're in the mood for?

when you have books on your TBR but just don't know which appeals?

when you feel like you're wasting precious free time sitting on and sifting through this (albeit wonderful) site rather than actually diving into a good book?

OR when your literary mood and your energy-level don't quite match, like (and this happens to me quite a bit) when you think, "I'm really in the mood for a good substantive book, but I am so tired that I'm afraid to commit to something that needs my attention"?

Give me your good advice, or lacking that commiseration! :)
