Pretty Sure I just Saw Someone Steal A Catalytic Converter
Looked to Lot 26, because I heard an alarming sawing noise. Pretty sure they stole a catalytic converter from the neighboring Toyota, a man skinny build with a hat, gray tank, Hispanic climbed out from under the vehicle into a Nissan Sentra and left. Pictured below.
