Looking for recommendations in NW Las Vegas for a physical therapist / massage therapist / chiropractor who accepts BCBS PPO.

I had an amazing PT in Illinois and am trying to find something similar here. I typically go 2–3x a month for chronic pain (fibro), so I’m looking for someone more hands-on and consistent.

What I’m ideally looking for:

One-on-one sessions with the actual PT (not a tech)
Initial evaluation, then ongoing treatment tailored to whatever’s flaring up (neck, low back, feet, TMJ, migraines, etc.)
Strong focus on manual therapy / massage / manipulation, not just exercises
Bonus if they combine PT + chiro + massage and can bill insurance

Would love any specific provider names or places you’ve had a great experience with
