Multiple Residents Reporting Same Package Theft Suspect Near Walnut / West Covina Area (Amar Rd & Nogales St)
Multiple nearby residents have reported similar package thefts involving the same guy walking a pug around the Amar Rd / Amber Valley / Nogales St area near the Walnut & West Covina border.
Several reports said the incidents happened around 7–8 PM, and one person also mentioned seeing him hanging around near Alamo Hand Car Wash.
