translations

Here are the same sentences I translated earlier but into the older language of fauns in my world. There will be further faun languages derived from this it is not the final faun language but still fully fleshing it out for fun. It is derived from the language I posted these sentences in earlier that is spoken by gods in my world.

You can look at my last post to see what the translations are into the language this langauge derives from. In the first sentence, river and singing are very different you will notice because river in this langauge derives from the verb for to move / to flow in the gods langauge whereas in the gods langauge itself river directly translates to water place. Singing does come from the word to sing in the gods langauge but it more directly comes from a translation of to make song then with a suffix that turns it into an adjective of course. The other words are pretty straight forward derivations.

For the second sentence, I think all of the derivations are pretty obvious except for huya which does in fact come from the proto language for near thu but it has the abstract suffix added onto it and fauns don't have th so it becomes h.

For the third sentence, I think every derivation is pretty obvious except for truth. You will notice truth in the gods language is yaravel. Here it is derived from know with the abstract suffix instead.

For the last sentence, yet again I think everything is pretty obvious except for good. In my gods language that is shad. Gods have a adjectival suffix that specifically relates to emotions and feelings that is used here whereas fauns do not have that so they use a more standard adjectival suffix instead.
