Hey everyone,

So I'm building a mobile app ATM that I plan to launch this summer.

One thing Im considering is if I should set this up as a Ltd company.

I want to ensure all my personals assets are not at liberty in the event of any lawsuits.

For the record the app I'm building is related to coffee, more so concerned about third party services being hacked etc rather than the app content.

Is an ltd the right way to set this up? Or am I over complicating the process?
