I got my screen replaced about a month and a half ago at batteries plus, and it was okay, but there were some quirks with the brightness(i.e. no light at all on 0 brightness) and a few other ones, so I went to see if there was anything they could do about it a few days ago. They opened it up but said there was nothing they could do. Today, it got a little wet, and it just completely shut off. It’s been several hours and no change minus the display doing some crazy stuff. I took it back, and they said they don’t cover liquid repairs. However the screen was not replaced properly. You can fully pull the top edge up with a finger nail. Is there anyway I can talk to them about something for an improperly done job?
