I am an international student, got an acceptance for a PhD in BGEN for the fall 2026 year. Wanted to know a couple of things, if anyone could help me out

1. is there a whatsapp group for incoming PhD students to handle queries and stuff?

2. I have applied for the i20 form on istart but it's been a week and I have not received the financial guarantee approval yet. (Shows "in progress). Any idea how long it usually takes?
