My father wants to shove my puppy in a shed outside and remove her tail via cutting off blood flow to her tail, he then wants to clip her ears for cosmetic reasons. Obviously I'm against this and I told my dad that I'd remove the ring since it's cruelty. My dad says that since it's been so long (the band was applied 30 minutes as of writing this) that removing the band will cause a stroke because of blood rushing in so fast. Is this a lie? I don't want my puppy living without a tail.
