💰 Salary: PHP 90,000 – 120,000
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll own the full marketing funnel from acquisition to retention, manage and optimize our CRM and automation systems, and build campaigns that actually convert. You’ll work closely with agencies, align marketing with business goals, and turn data into clear actions that improve performance.
This role is for someone who’s not just strategic, but also hands-on. You understand how campaigns work, how leads move, and what drives real results. You’re comfortable jumping between analytics, messaging, systems, and execution.
What we’re looking for:
✔ 4–6+ years in digital marketing, growth, or marketing ops
✔ Strong experience with CRM and automation tools (ActiveCampaign or similar)
✔ Proven track record in lead generation and funnel optimization
✔ Ability to manage agencies and hold them accountable
✔ Strong understanding of data, performance, and customer behavior
Bonus if you have experience in high-ticket industries like property, finance, or education.
