Moved into a new place with my GF and it has this beautiful dark wood trim. We both share a taste for modern eclectic look mainly inspired by the bauhaus scene. I’ve incorporated some metal furniture to brighten the space and we would like to add pops of color. We’re thinking of using saturated reds, blues and greens, but it’s kinda hard to see what is going to look good with the damn dark wood trim and they grey/neutral walls.
Looking for suggestions. The first 3 photos show our living room and the last 2 are what we have in mind.
