Hi. For those of you in perimenopause or feel like you are approaching, have any of you tried HRT like progesterone? I’m not on BC because of how it makes me feel. I had excision surgery in 2002 at 41. I was diagnosed with stage iv endo. I worry what HRT will do. My doctor understands I don’t want to start estrogen but. Progesterone would help my crippling anxiety and sleeping thru the night. She gave me the lowest dose of 100 mg but I’m nervous to start.
