i’m 20 years old and have never had anything of the sort before. about a year ago i got a small itchy elevated patch around my eye and next to my ears. went to a dermat who told me it was a sun allergy and prescribed a steroid cream. ofc it did go away but came back a few weeks after i stopped using the steroid. this time went to another doctor who told me it was probably a fungal infection. used sertaconazole nitrate cream and it didn’t help much. went to a third doctor who told me it was eczema and told me to use a steroid again. i told her i wouldn’t be up to use a steroid if i have to keep using it. she said there’s basically no other way. i don’t know what to do.
