I work at a small boutique firm in Philadelphia with 5-6 attorneys and we’re looking to expand with 2-3 more associates with general PI experience or med mal experience. Preferably 5 years+ experience from either the plaintiff or insurance defense side. It’s been really hard getting any leads through Indeed or LinkedIn from anyone but recruiters.
