Placed an order on foodpanda and made online payment and its been more than an hour my food has not been deliver, on the app it's showing remaining time to be 10 to 15 min for last half and hour or more. The rider isn't responding, and there is no help/support option on the app. Did i get scammed? Is there any way i can recover my amount? Can i complain anywhere?
