Blood in my stool

hi everyone ive already made a post previously just asking for advice and explaining im 15F, having my first colonoscopy and endoscopy which is now in two days and i was recently constipated for abt 4 days which happens often, and i get diarrhoea often, but yesterday i had my first bowel movement again and it was uncomfortable and loose which usually happens to me, however ive woke up early this morning in abdominal pain and needing to gas (doesnt happen that often to me), finally after a while of that pain (it was manageable just hurts and super uncomfortable)i go to the toilet and some more loose ish stools but with blood. ive had blood before a few times and i know that blood is not normal but considering my colonoscopy right around the corner i am trying not to worry, but i am genuinely worried about the prep now as that is tomorrow, is it likely to be painful and sharp and bloody? will this worsen dehydration? another thing i am very late for my period which could be due to my stressing over the past week but it better not come tomorrow now. i know not everyone is a doctor and can fully help but has anyone been in this situation? ugh this sucks i just need to push myself and do this and do the prep and get it over with for answers.

hi everyone im getting my first colonoscopy and endoscopy in two weeks, my first gastroenterologist was yesterday and he booked me in pretty quickly for these. long story short im getting checked as ive had nonstop nausea and bowel difficulties and changes all the time (15F). Im getting Pico-salax prep and wanting to hear stories or tips as im nervous due to my horrible nausea that i will vomit it all up, i just want to get it done in one piece and not have to redo. odansetron/zofran works well for my nausea but does cause horrid constipation in me. i have to call him in a weeks time for admission times but if i need to request anything aswell that can help please lmk! also big fear of needles but i let him know, hopefully they can help, ty guys :)

edit- i forgot but i also just came off a PPI (pantoprazole) three days ago thought i should say incase anyone knows it and knows any tips incase for when prepping for colonoscopy
