My baby is 10 months old and has an issue where every morning wakes up crying around 5am (sometimes as early as 3am sometimes as late at 6am) to which I assume she’s hungry so I give her a bottle. Then she goes back to sleep and I wake her up at 6-630am. Ideally I want her day to start no earlier than 630am. I’ve tried letting her CIO but I always give in because I don’t want to wake her brother and I assume since she slept such a long stretch she must be hungry.
Some more facts:
-We sleep trained her at 5.5 months with CIO which worked like a charm.
-My first child was sleep trained the same way at the same age and he doesn’t have this issue as he sleeps 7-7.
-she is on a two nap day. She naps for a total of about 3 hours per day. Last nap ends at 330pm most days. Wake windows are 3/3/3.5-4.
Any tips of what I could do different or is this just a phase I need to accept?
I’m concerned she won’t grow out of it and I’ll be stuck giving her early morning bottle service past the age of one.
