We’re looking for a hands-on field leader who can take control of installs, lead a crew, and get projects across the finish line without excuses.
⚙️ What You’ll Own
- Lead crews on steel installation projects across the U.S.
- Stay hands-on—install, fit, troubleshoot, get it done
- Read plans, make calls in the field, and keep timelines on track
- Solve problems in real time—no waiting on answers
- Be the bridge between the field, shop, and project team
🎯 What You Need
- 3+ years in construction / steel / installation
- Proven ability to lead crews and run jobs
- Strong blueprint reading + field decision-making
- Willing to travel 3–4 weeks at a time
- Someone who shows up, takes ownership, and delivers
💪 Big Plus If You Have
- Welding (MIG/TIG/Stick)
- CDL or heavy towing experience
- Rigging, crane signaling, or equipment operation
💰 What You Get
