Few questions I’d appreciate some veteran feedback on (or just pick one I guess):

-If you had to weight it, what would the ratio of personality/intrinsic traits versus subject matter competence/intellect look like as its pertains to value in getting hired? (70/30, 60/40 etc)

- What do most new reps waste time doing in their first year? What should they do instead?

-What’s an unpopular truth about success in this industry? What factors matter more than people let on? (i.e internal politics, territory luck, ego, or how deals *really* get done)
