Hi everyone, did anybody submit EAP lately? I called on Tuesday, 72 hours just passed, nobody contacted me, and I urgently need to travel back home. What to do? Call them again? Any advice is appreciated!

Hi guys, did any of you received this kind of response from their congressman regarding their VAWA based Advance Parole I131 application? It's been 15 months I haven't heard anything, I tried expediting and it did not work either, now I know why. Do you think I can still apply for Emergency AP?
