back cracks when flexing right glute

okay i know this is so specific… but ive had lower back/left hip pain for years now since i have sway-back. i’ve noticed for the past year or so when i flex or clench my right glute muscle my back near my tail bone will crack. it’s only the right not the left. does anyone else notice this at all or is there any reasonings?

decreasing to 10mg Prozac today after sleep disruption + derealization — looking for reassurance/support

Hi everyone, I just decreased from 20 to 10 mg of Prozac today and I’m feeling pretty anxious about the adjustment.

I’ve been having a rough time since starting—my sleep has been very fragmented (waking up about every 3 hours), and I’ve been feeling a lot of derealization / “nothing feels real” type sensations during the day. I’ve also had some visual snow getting worse and general fogginess.

I recently took hydroxyzine for anxiety which helped a bit, but I still feel kind of floaty and disconnected the next day. I’m not sure if that’s from the medication, the sleep disruption, or just anxiety stacking on itself.

I guess I’m just wondering:

Did anyone else have worsened sleep (especially frequent waking) when starting Prozac?

Did derealization or feeling “unreal” improve as your sleep adjusted?

How long did the early side effects last for you?

I’m trying to stay calm and give it time, but right now everything feels a bit scary and unfamiliar. Any experiences or reassurance would really help.

Thank you ❤️
