Had a Zappi installed just over 4 years ago. Terrible installation by cowboys (I am sure things,have improved since). Anyway my Zappi started throwing a 2417 error. Logged a support ticket on Easter Saturday. Still no response other than the automated reply. Tried to call twice 45 mins the first time and then cut off, second time cut off after 90 mins. Fortunately my youngest has just finished year one of an electrical and mechanical apprenticeship so with a little care we cut the power, took the board out soldered in the replacement. Worked a treat and is still working 2 weeks later.

My advice don’t buy from Myenergi due to total lack of customer service.
