I had some doubts, pls seniors who hv studied the above mentioned subjects kindly guide

1.is knowledge of these subjects imp in terms of placements,

Are they just theory or also have some hardware part
Are there specific companies which prefer peeps with these two subject knowledge
If yes , which ones both on and off campus
Are the subjects easy to score or hv high difficulty level
Should I prefer these subjects as electives or go for some easy theoretical subjects for good CGPA
