I feel down how to combat it.

I have had irregular menstruation for 10 years now, diagnosed for PCOS for 6 years, ate OCP pills to regulate menstrual cycle for 5 years, and have been off the pills for a year. Had one very bad cycle last month that lasted for 56 days. Luckily I got my next period in 30 days but it's now day 13. The flow gratefully is low. I have developed anxiety and have very high stress levels. And on top of that I don't feel good or normal. Exercising seems hard. Though changes in diet have come. On top of that my mom keeps looking at me in a way that says why aren't you fixing this problem.

How does one stay positive in such scenarios? Like I can't just rely on sugar as a coping mechanism.

Although I have started meditation for balancing my emotions and it has helped.
