Got diagnosed with GD at week 28. I'm controlling my diet and taking metformin, but my options have gotten so limitted and I'm hungry and unhappy and not putting on weight.
Like avocado smoothie, overnight oats or atleast a glass of minimally sweetened nimbu paani in this damn heat! I just need a teaspoon of sugar for these. Not daily either.
So is anyone going through the same??
Any recommendations for zero cal monkfruit sweeteners safe for use just for the next 10 weeks only?
