Just sharing this for awareness so others can be more informed. I recently tried availing a Facebook-advertised promo from an aesthetic clinic (₱699 scalp treatment). However, when I arrived, the experience was very different from what was advertised.

After the initial consultation, I was encouraged to upgrade to more expensive packages. A “manager” was then introduced, offering what they described as a “one-time offer,” creating a sense of urgency to avail higher-priced services. The approach felt quite overwhelming and hard-sell.

I had a similar experience in another clinic offering facials around ₱1,500, where the same strategy was used—upselling, manager intervention, and pressure to decide immediately.

I also noticed that some of these clinics seem to operate under different brand names but follow very similar sales tactics (e.g., Elevatione/Nuvera Aesthetics, Origani, Kedma/LALS Beauty, etc.).

My personal advice: • Be cautious with very low promo offers • Take your time before deciding. Don’t be pressured by “one-time offers” • Avoid using credit cards on the spot if you’re unsure • Do your research before visiting

This is just based on my personal experience. Sharing in the hope that others can make informed decisions.
