PA question about security camera audio laws.

I live in an apartment building and have a Blink camera on my back porch facing my cars/property because we’ve had ongoing issues with neighbors who are now being evicted. The camera only records audio if motion triggers it (someone walking directly in front of it). It does NOT constantly record.

I currently have audio turned off because I’m confused about the PA law. Everything I read says different things:
- some say PA is all party consent so any audio is illegal,
- others say outdoor security cameras on your own property are okay, especially if visible and motion-activated. As well as if they’re saying something loud enough that people can hear them outside.

The neighbors are aware the camera exists. Since the eviction hearing there’s been retaliation concerns (hostile comments/gestures, one intentionally bumping into my car, etc.), which is why I’d prefer to have audio on if legal.

Would motion activated audio on a visible porch camera aimed at my own property likely be legal in PA, or should I leave audio disabled?

Just looking for serious/legal guidance because I’m getting mixed answers online. Thank you in advance.
