Hey everyone hoping all are well.

Just wanted to share an appreciation post for my sibling who has been working in CAFU, and have not been paid salaries of 6-8 months just like their fellow employees.

The management has barely provided them with any timelines or updates in regards to when the salaries will be issued, but instead insist them to keep working to "hope" for salaries to be given to them which they are always lied to about.

My sibling is truly hard working and dedicated to work, not for the business but as a professional trying to pray for a better future where they will truly be rewarded for being pure and honest to their duty.

To the keyboard warriors that will come with their bullshit in the comments, already MULTIPLE MOHRE AND COURT cases have already been filed on the company but still it is operational without paying employee salaries.

To MOHRE, its my humble request to take the side of the employees and to get them paid, otherwise have clear answers to be given by the company to its employees if they cannot pay and have an action taken that serves justice for these hard working silent employees fighting their battles daily.

Good Afternoon to all and hope everyone is well. As mentioned in my title, myself 24(M) have been working in a UAE based energy startup that has not paid its employees 9 months of salaries including me.

It has had a huge toll on me mentally and financially, and i am constantly looking for jobs in the tech field to grow my career and prove my value.

I have almost 2.5 years of Platform Engineer experience, and come from a Software Engineering bachelor’s degree.

Due to my early stage of career, its more hard to land a job since the experience is minimal and hence any good position would be really helpful to me.
